Learn Some Simple Tools

To Handle Stress

& Sleep Soundly At Night

In this practical hands-on session, I will share some simple but powerful tools I learned from the well known Taoist Master Mantak Chia (www.universal-tao.com) that can help you beat stress and sleep more soundly.

There will be a short review of the different systems in the body (Yin & Yang organs, neuro-endocrine system), their role. Most of the hour will be spent in practice.

The session is free and opened to The MasterMinds members only. It is easy to become a member, just follow the steps below. Then register for this event on this page (please enter your mobile number so I know where to contact you in case of change).

Last, spaces are EXTREMELY limited, first come first served, so sign up now by clicking the orange 'Register' button above.
